Salary: $15,000 – $17,000 MXN per month

Required Qualifications:

• Updated resume
• Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or bilingual roles, preferably in administrative or back-office settings
• Previous experience in the United States is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn and comprehend information
• Strong reading and comprehension skills
• Excellent memorization abilities

Computer Skills (preferred):

• Familiarity with technology tools and multitasking
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic knowledge of SQL
