As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve product and service-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through phone, email, and online chat support.
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (B2-C2).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
