Key Duties:

• Handle client communications, including calls and scheduling.

• Support attorneys with administrative needs and manage client documentation.

• Draft, proofread, and organize essential documents with precision.

• Ensure clear and timely updates to clients regarding case progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced English and Spanish fluency.

• Resident of Guadalajara or nearby area.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Monthly salary from 13,000 to 16,000 MXN post-tax, based on skills and experience.
