Job Title: Bilingual Support Specialist
Location: Guadalajara (On-site)
Salary Range: $14,000–$16,000 MXN/month

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Support Specialist to join our team! If you love helping people and have a passion for providing great service, you’ll be a perfect fit. You’ll assist our customers by answering calls in both Spanish and English, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering customer calls and helping with inquiries.
• Resolving customer concerns quickly and accurately.
• Keeping records of interactions and issues.
• Collaborating with other teams to solve more complex problems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus!
• A positive attitude and ability to multitask.
