As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will provide assistance to customers by handling inquiries and resolving product or service-related issues through phone, email, and online chat.
Requirements:
B2-C2 English proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
