Main Responsibilities:
Engage with clients via phone, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Support attorneys with administrative tasks, including organizing non-litigation documents.
Draft, proofread, and handle key documents for client cases.
Schedule and manage appointments, keeping clients informed and updated.
Key Qualifications:
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
Guadalajara resident or nearby.
High School Diploma or higher.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a client-facing or call center role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
