Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues.
• Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices.
• Document, track, and follow up on incidents and solutions provided.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment.
• Ensure timely updates of software and operating systems according to company policies.
• Manage hardware and software inventory efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and processes.
• Generate periodic reports on the status of technical support operations.
• Assist in the creation and updating of user manuals and support documentation.

Qualifications:

• Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience in technical support or a related role.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills, with an advanced level of English (B2-C1).
