Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues.
- Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices.
- Document, track, and follow up on incidents and solutions provided.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment.
- Ensure timely updates of software and operating systems according to company policies.
- Manage hardware and software inventory efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and processes.
- Generate periodic reports on the status of technical support operations.
- Assist in the creation and updating of user manuals and support documentation.
Qualifications:
- Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in technical support or a related role.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills, with an advanced level of English (B2-C1).
