Legal Customer Service Agent
You will play a crucial role in our legal team, offering administrative support to attorneys and ensuring exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will encompass answering client calls, assisting with legal documents, managing appointments, and drafting key documents. Effective communication and scheduling skills are essential to our team's success and efficiency.
Note: This is a fully on-site, bilingual position. Interviews are conducted at our HRPV office.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
Must live in Puerto Vallarta or nearby.
High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
Minimum 6 months in a similar role.
Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
Knowledge of legal processes (desired but not required).
Your Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys.
Handle client calls.
Assist with non-litigation legal documentation.
Schedule and confirm appointments for U.S. attorneys.
Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents.
Keep clients updated and respond to their inquiries accurately.
Schedule appointments and generate leads.
