This is a critical position within Miller & Miller Law. This position works within the Marketing department to ensure that Miller & Miller’s public brand is routinely engaging its audience and managing its reputation appropriately. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and optimize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, referral management, and performance analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and drive growth.
Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Social Media Management and Content Creation
Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Create, curate, and manage engaging social media content for platforms including Facebook and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy. Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and audience interaction.
Lead Management
Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
Oversee lead nurturing processes and ensure effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and improve lead-to-sale conversion.
Referral Management and Growth
Develop and manage referral programs to encourage and incentivize customer referrals.
Track and analyze referral program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless referral process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess ROI and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to drive team success and innovation.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Monitor expenses and ensure that marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Base Salary from 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 pesos monthly.
