Job Summary:
We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize data-driven social media campaigns, primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with potential involvement in additional platforms such as Pinterest, X (Twitter), and TikTok. This role demands a strategic, analytical, and results-driven approach to performance marketing, focusing on lead generation and conversion optimization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, including budget management, performance tracking, and optimization, with the goal of maximizing conversions (clicks, calls, form fills, and lead submissions) in alignment with client business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Campaign Execution: Build, develop, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (Twitter), utilizing specific inventory feeds and geographical segmentation (DMA market areas).
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaign setup, audience segmentation, ad creative testing, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Set campaign budgets, run dates, and maintain budget pacing spreadsheets to ensure optimal spend allocation.
- Optimization & Tracking: Monitor tagging, tracking, and attribution models to ensure accurate performance measurement. Continuously analyze key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to make data-driven adjustments that enhance campaign efficiency.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs (clicks, calls, form fills, website visits, lead submissions) and generate regular reports using spreadsheet-based budget pacing and TapClicks dashboards.
- Creative & Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging aligned with campaign objectives.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and third-party reporting platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and generate strategic insights.
- Industry Trends & A/B Testing: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to refine strategies. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to drive performance improvements.
- Client & Internal Reporting: Provide detailed reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders based on campaign results.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads is a plus.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC.
- Experience in budget pacing, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Strong spreadsheet skills for budget tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative and account teams.
- Agency experience preferred.

- Experience in the automotive marketing industry or familiarity with automotive consumer behavior.
- Experience running paid social ads for automotive dealerships.
- Familiarity with TapClicks for reporting and performance dashboards.
