Bilingual Telephone Executive
For a Financial Institution Abroad.
General Requirements:
**Schedules:**
- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm / 10:30 am to 7:30 pm / 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Weekends: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Availability to modify schedule during summer/winter (USA calendar)
- 2 days off, rotating between weekdays and weekends (assigned by the supervisor)
- Training lasts 59 days, starting December 9th. During these 59 days, the schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
**Required Experience:**
- Minimum of 6 months as a Bilingual Customer Service Executive in a Call Center (Proven experience).
- Knowledge of financial services.
- Good writing and spelling.
- Required technical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic PC skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented.
**We Offer:**
- Monthly gross salary of *$14,720.40* paid through BBVA or HSBC (first payment will be on December 30th).
- Bonus of $3,000 (after completing nesting).
- $3,000 retention bonus (after 90 days).
- Productivity bonus of up to 27% per month after training.
