Responsibilities The Opportunity
Lead Sonric’s BU Commercial Drive for LFM business. The collaborator is responsible for:
- Lead the short and long term strategy of the format for the BU Sonric’s. This implies generation and analysis of internal and external information, as well as of our chains. Establish and create SMART strategies to win at POS, such as being an important part of the creation brand positioning aligned with brand’s target and the ongoing business needs. A collaborative mindset, strategy experience, knowledge about different service models for clients (XDOCK & DSD) and project management are essential, as successful commercial implementation depend upon input from and alignment among key stakeholders across the organization (marketing, finance, revenue management, commercial managers, suppliers, demand planners, etc.).
- In order to the new profitability agenda, the person in this position must have a holistic knowledge of the business, where they can contribute ideas for the expeditious solution of problems, as well as being able to make decisions for the benefit of the format, Pepsico and each one of the chains that we have as customers.
- Generating a communication link between field sales, CT and BU is one of the main roles that this person must play, being able to carry the agenda of multiple brands and multiple regions becomes a basic of this position, which requires a important level of knowledge of the business, as well as a high level of experience and seniority to be able to carry all the agendas, surpass objectives and lead our clients to success.
Your Impact
As Commercial Drive LFM Coordinator for Sonric’s your responsibilities would consist of:
- Deliver annual gross/net and volume business plan.
- Lead BU Annual Commercial Plan.
- Support for Customer Team leader.
- Set and lead the short and long term strategy of the channel, according to the PMF and BU Sales strategy, achieving an absolute conjunction.
- Know and lead the profitability agenda for Sonric´s, involving all the corresponding areas, creating a high-performance team that generates solutions.
- Annual budget control.
- Sell out tracking.
- Monitoring execution at POS.
- Set volume and revenue targets.
- Innovation launches and seasonalities strategy, execution plan definition and follow up.
- Sales Forecast for PIPE Process (Building Blocks Iniciatives demand meetings).
- Lead commercial and marketing initiatives.
- Creation of emerging BBs.
- Follow up and Collaboration with KAMs.
- C. Drive initiatives follow up.
- Drive branding positioning with digital solutions in conjunction with ecomm.
- Management and analysis of commercial indicators.
- Attend dailys & Weeklys.
- Oral and written communication skills to be able to lead the team.

- Finished bachelor (LAE, IIS, LEM, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales industry.
- Strategic skills.
