The Supervisor Leader assures a general NulRel strategy with all value streams with a focus on result orientation and continuous improvement.

• Conducts meetings with value stream as well as with production supervisors to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met.
• Maintains the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule to improve NulRel.
• Supports and strives towards safety in all facets of the manufacturing facility.
• Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production leveling schedule by line per shift, ensuring product quality requirements as per control plan.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Operations
• Basic knowledge of Movement and Time
• Understanding of Ergonomics
• Familiarity with Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, etc.)
• Awareness of Customer Requirements
• Strong moderation and communication/negotiation skills
• Ability to handle people effectively
• Proficient in inductive and deductive reasoning
• Leadership skills
• Conflict Management capabilities
• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electronic Engineering
