We are currently searching for a Business Analyst - Data Migration & Integration Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and documented data mapping requirements for target systems.
• Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to maintain data integrity and quality.
• Work with technical teams to design, document, and implement data migration scripts, procedures, and tools.
• Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness post-migration.
• Conduct testing cycles, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to verify successful data migration.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, project custodians, and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
• Build reports and dashboards across multiple objects, deliver KPIs, and apply knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.
• Provide training and support to end users on new data structures and systems post-migration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data migration and integration projects.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
• Expertise in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.
• Experience in building reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
