We are currently searching for a Remote Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager - CRM Implementation:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities related to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of new applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, integrating Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud solutions (e.g., Office 365, Power BI) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
- Prioritize enhancement requests to improve application capabilities and support ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
- Work closely with the lead project manager, developers, and internal teams to ensure project rigor in planning, status reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.
- Implement best practices for user experience, platform configurations, license management, and business processes.
- Identify potential gaps in functionality or processes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers through the project life cycle, facilitating design, build, and delivery of application, infrastructure, and middleware components on an agreed timeline.
- Liaise with developers to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and plan sprints.
- Develop expertise in application functionality over time and coordinate occasional training sessions for end users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of Business Analyst experience with any CRM platform.
- Minimum of 3 years of CRM Support Experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Data Analysis experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual with strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- Experience in CRM or ERP implementation or migration projects.
