We are currently searching for a ServiceNow ITSM and Integrations Developer Sr:
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to collaborate on complex ServiceNow ITSM deployments encompassing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge modules, and integrations aligned with industry best practices.
- Translate functional & technical requirements into implementation work packages and interact with various architecture, platforms, application, and infrastructure teams to design solutions.
- Implement IT Service Management, ITIL processes, and Enterprise Service Management leveraging a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Conduct Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment for at least 4 years.
- Capture, document, and map current business processes while describing technical solutions in business terms with strong communication skills.
- Develop ServiceNow Applications and Rest API-based integrations with 3rd party applications, possessing a thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform development.
- Collaborate in multi-vendor development environments and coordinate across organizational boundaries while voluntarily sharing information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing IT Service Management, ITIL processes and Enterprise Service Management.
- At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
- At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
- Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development and Rest API based integrations with 3rdparty applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
- Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment.
- Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.
- Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers.
Desired
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL certified.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and analytical skills
