We are currently searching for a SAP Payroll:

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholdersto analyze requirements and design tailored solutions within theSuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system.
• Translate business needs into detailed system design specificationsfor development teams.
• Oversee end-to-end implementationof payroll system designs, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Provide expert guidanceto Payroll Teams on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver training materialsto empower end-users on system workflows and optimization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experienceinSuccessFactors Employee Central Payrollconfiguration, design, or implementation.
• Proven expertise in system designfor large-scale payroll solutions within the SAP/SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Strong ability tomanage competing priorities, deliver projects on time, and work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindsetwith experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptabilityto evolving business needs and new technical challenges.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
