· Prepare and complete federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts accurately and efficiently.

· Review financial records such as income statements and other documents to ensure they are accurate.

· Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure the organizational compliance.

· Offer tax planning strategies and advice to clients to minimize their tax liabilities.

· Respond to IRS notices independently and effectively.

· Maintain confidentiality of all financial and tax data.

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

· Minimum of 1 year experience in tax preparation during at least one tax season.

· Use of UltraTax-tax software or similar.

· Ability to explain tax concepts in simple terms to clients.

· Knowledge of Quick books is a plus.

Tech Skills:Microsoft Office. Taxes software.
