Job Title: Customer Service / Administrative Assistant
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Position Overview: Ensure smooth daily operations focusing on customer support, order accuracy, and administrative duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Assist clients with product information and order updates
Review orders for accuracy and coordinate with the production team
Verify invoices and calculate affiliate commissions
Write newsletters and assist with marketing communications
Perform administrative duties and maintain organized records
Qualifications:
Experience in customer support or administrative roles
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
Knowledge of photography or luxury goods is a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and email marketing tools is desirable
