Join to our team! We are seeking an HR Specialist !
Tasks and Activities:
1.-Oversee Background Check Process,
2.-SERV Safe Training, and Unemployment Claims in collaboration with HR Director.
3.-Data Audits and Reconciliations Weekly
4.-Conduct bi-weekly and monthly audits of HR/Payroll data in HRIS/Payroll software.
5.-Perform payroll benefit deduction audits, Benefit invoice reconciliations, and other-directed audits with the HR Director.
6.-Maintain data integrity in Payroll/HRIS software.
7.-Handle promotions, demotions, new hires, and LOA's in coordination with the HR Director.
8.-Generate ad Hoc reports of HR inquiries.
What do you need?
Tech Skills: Microsoft Office, excel.
What do we offer?
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST
Salary: 22,000 mexican pesos per month. Before Taxes.
