Ideal Candidate: We are looking for individuals with:

• Fluency in English: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous Call Center Experience: At least one year in a call center, with a focus on customer service, collections, or retention.
• Empathy & Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to resolve customer issues with care and a solution-focused approach.
• Organizational & Tech Skills: Strong task management and the ability to deliver results.
• Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Friday.
• On-Site Commitment: This is a full-time, on-site role.
  
  

Please note, this is not a remote position.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: MXN $18,225 before taxes.
• Insurance: Life insurance coverage.

  • Monthly grocery vouchers: MXN $1,519 (issued every 14 days).
  • Monthly restaurant vouchers: MXN $1,216 (issued every 14 days).
• Bonus: Year-end Christmas bonus.

Work Hours:

• Service Hours: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm, with 8-hour shifts that may adjust for Daylight Saving Time and holidays.
• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week, on-site.
