Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support for credit and collections areas. Share valuable information about account statements and payment dates, helping to resolve inquiries and complaints. Your support will make a difference! 💪✨

• Base Salary: $14,720 MONTHLY + Up to 30% productivity bonuses! 🚀 ($6,000) Total potential of $20,720!

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Work 5 days and rest 2! 🎉 (1 day during the week and 1 on the weekend)

100% Paid Training: Monday to Friday for 59 days.

Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 45 years
• Education: Completed high school diploma 🎓
• Experience: 6 months in customer service, sales, and/or collections in a BILINGUAL CALL CENTER
• English: C1 - Advanced 🗣️
• Travel Time: Maximum 60 minutes
• Maximum Travel Cost: $50 💰

Work Location: Av. Marina Nacional, Tacuba, Miguel Hidalgo, 11410 Mexico City, CDMX.
