Requirements:

• English B2 to C1 (Conversational, ready to use!)
• Live in Tijuana, Ensenada, or Rosarito (Preferred if local)
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in bilingual customer service (Call center experience is a plus!)

Work Location: Rio Tijuana

Working Hours: The schedule will be assigned during the interview. Here are some examples of shifts:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
