We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Account Management team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves strategic account management, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the payments startup.

At Yuno, we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payments ecosystem, allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments easily, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration, and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.

What would be my challenge at Yuno?

1. Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and goals. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
2. Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
4. Drive revenue growth by upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
6. Work closely with product development, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
7. Monitor and measure client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and proactively. Gather feedback from clients to enhance products and services.
8. Provide regular reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities.
9. Utilize data analytics to identify patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions.

What skills do I need?

1. 3+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the payments industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
3. Fluent in English and Spanish (some interviews are conducted in English and others in Spanish).
4. Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
8. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
