What you will do:
Business Development:
- Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in Latam.
- Work closely with the Business Manager.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
Client Retention:
- Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures in accordance with the compliance department.
Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Latam market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Work directly with the marketing and customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Team Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.
- Ensure that the whole sales team is fulfilling the KPIs and motivate them.
- Make calls, bring business, and keep in touch with clients to help grow the business.
Financial Management:
- Assume responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Latam region.
- Work closely with finance to ensure budget adherence and financial objectives are met.
- Be clear about the requirements of the regulation to ensure proper compliance in accordance with the established requirements of Fair Customer Treatment.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
- At least 2 years of proven leadership experience and high level of knowledge of managing teams.
- Candidates must have an existing client & IB list.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets in Forex, CFDs on commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies, etc.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the use of some CRM and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- High level of spoken and written Spanish (Native) and English at minimum B2 level for reading, writing, and speaking.
- Proactive, with ambition to exceed the established objectives and motivate the team.
- Able to analyze and identify the investment opportunities and needs of the market.
