The Employee Service Center (ESC) team is on a mission to transform how employees get HR support in a Cloud HQ environment. We provide a one-stop-shop experience for candidates, employees, managers, and alumni to get their questions and issues resolved quickly and efficiently so that they have more time to focus on the work that matters most. As a member of the team, you will provide excellent service to our customers and help cultivate a collaborative team environment.
As an Employee Service Specialist at Zillow, you will have an important role in supporting our human resources efforts. This is an opportunity to join a top-tier HR team and contribute to the success of our Mexico City office. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive and able to effectively coordinate various tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role is expected to work in the Mexico City office as needed (approximately 2-3 days per month and for events).
In addition to providing in-office support, you'll contribute to Zillow’s success by delivering a best-in-class experience to employees. You'll tackle queries across all functional areas - HR, Compensation, Benefits, Workforce Management, and more - while ensuring our intranet remains updated. Your involvement will be pivotal in establishing scalable processes for employee support, playing a crucial role in our ongoing success.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
