Position: Bilingual Sales Agent – Remote (Advanced English)

Location: Work from home – Only for residents of Celaya or nearby areas

About the Role

Join our high-performing remote sales team and assist U.S. and Canadian clients with finding the right services. If you’re fluent in English and motivated to grow in a professional environment, we’ll provide all the training you need—no experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.

• Meet or exceed sales and service quality goals.

Requirements

• Advanced English (B2+ level).

• Fiber-optic internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).

• Completed high school (verifiable).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Full documentation (INE, RFC, CURP, proof of address, etc.).

• Full-time availability (Monday to Saturday).

• Live in Celaya or surrounding areas in Guanajuato.
