Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and present products/services to potential clients.

• Record interactions accurately using internal CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly sales and service quality targets.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).

• Minimum 20 Mbps fiber-optic internet.

• Completed high school diploma (verifiable).

• Passion for communication and customer satisfaction.

• Full availability from Monday to Saturday.

• Complete documentation (INE, RFC, CURP, proof of address, etc.).

• Must reside in Ciudad Victoria or surrounding areas within Tamaulipas.
