Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Record interactions accurately using internal CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales and service quality targets.
Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Minimum 20 Mbps fiber-optic internet.
Completed high school diploma (verifiable).
Passion for communication and customer satisfaction.
Full availability from Monday to Saturday.
Complete documentation (INE, RFC, CURP, proof of address, etc.).
Must reside in Ciudad Victoria or surrounding areas within Tamaulipas.
Base salary + unlimited commissions.
