Fully Bilingual Client Support Specialist

Are you a fluent English speaker with a passion for delivering outstanding client service? We are seeking a Fully Bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

• Manage client inquiries, provide accurate updates, and assist with scheduling.

• Offer administrative support to the legal team, including handling legal documentation (non-litigation).

• Draft, proofread, and organize essential documents with attention to detail.

• Schedule appointments for U.S.-based attorneys and follow up with clients.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (fully bilingual).

• Must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or call center environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Basic legal knowledge is an advantage but not required.

• Competitive salary of 13,000 to 16,000 MXN per month after taxes, based on experience and English proficiency.
