Ensures effective performance of the production function by organizing, developing, training, and leading production teams in all relevant production, quality, safety, planning, inventory management, lean manufacturing, and order fulfillment processes. Leads the production team effectively in a collaborative, results-oriented manner aligned with Panduit’s Culture of Accountability and Core Values principles, drives lean manufacturing/continuous improvement strategies while fostering positive employee engagement and instilling/sustaining a strong safety culture. Strives to meet the current and future needs of the business and our customers by supporting Panduit’s company initiatives/policies and functioning as a leadership, safety, and continuous improvement role model.
