PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (PMO) – OIL & GAS

We are looking for aProject Management Officer (PMO)with experience in theOil & Gas, Energy, or Infrastructureindustry, focusing onstrategic management, financial optimization, and large-scale project execution.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experiencein project management withinOil & Gas, Energy, or Infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degreeinEngineering, Finance, Administration, or related fields.MBA or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Proven experience in advanced financial analysis, cost control, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial ERPs and Business Intelligence tools(SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Advanced English(for reports, presentations, and negotiations).
- Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and risk management skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance in Oil & Gas.
- Availability for frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Control budgets and profitability(CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, and ROI) at each project phase.
- Optimize cost and resource managementusing methodologies such asPMI, Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Develop risk mitigation strategiesfor financial, contractual, and operational challenges.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance adherencefor each initiative.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teamsand manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
- Integrate digital tools and Business Intelligence systemsto enhance operational efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Net salary: $65,000 - $75,000 MXN per month.
- Annual bonus of up to 3 months' salarybased on performance and achievements.
