We are looking for aProject Management Officer (PMO)with experience in theOil & Gas, Energy, or Infrastructureindustry, focusing onstrategic management, financial optimization, and large-scale project execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experiencein project management withinOil & Gas, Energy, or Infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degreeinEngineering, Finance, Administration, or related fields.MBA or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Proven experience in advanced financial analysis, cost control, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in financial ERPs and Business Intelligence tools(SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Advanced English(for reports, presentations, and negotiations).
• Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance in Oil & Gas.
• Availability for frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Control budgets and profitability(CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, and ROI) at each project phase.
• Optimize cost and resource managementusing methodologies such asPMI, Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Develop risk mitigation strategiesfor financial, contractual, and operational challenges.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherencefor each initiative.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teamsand manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
• Integrate digital tools and Business Intelligence systemsto enhance operational efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Net salary: $65,000 - $75,000 MXN per month.
• Annual bonus of up to 3 months' salarybased on performance and achievements.
