Job description:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with great interpersonal skills and who are people oriented, who will be taking inbound calls from the front desk at doctors' offices.
Responsabilities:
*Take inbound calls from the front desk at doctor's offices.
*Stay on top of any updates and being highly organized with patients and doctors' information.
*Be extremely punctual and follow schedules and policies rigorously.
*Effectively read, talk and comprehend clients as they are attending calls.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
1) A very proficient English level with an accent as native as possible.
2) Great reading comprehension skills.
3) Commitment, looking for candidates who will be with us for the long run.
4) An outstanding work ethic.
5) Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
6) Must have been working in previous jobs for at least 1 consecutive year in each company and this is non-negotiable.
7) Candidates must have previous call center experience of at least 1 year (in the same company).
8) Customer service experience of around 2 to 3 years would be preferable.
9) Highly skilled in Microsoft, Teams and Outlook.
